There are some simple rules that guide the way things work in the world; there are laws that needs to be followed like gravitational law, kinetic laws, law of Thermodynamics. <\/p>

Similarly, when it boils down to investing, there are some certain simple and basic rule you must know… I know that you might be thinking of understanding the use of chart and trends to interpret data. However, that one is too extreme. I talking about ABC of investing.<\/p>

As an investor, you must have the simple knowledge of the following:<\/p>

  1. Learning of basic accounting principle<\/li>
  2. Read and assessment of annual report<\/li>
  3. Stock Market knowledge <\/li>
  4. Understanding and interpretation of financial statement<\/li>
  5. earnings and how it works <\/li>
  6. emotional management<\/li>
  7. tops and bottoms<\/li>
  8. have in and exist strategy<\/li>
  9. have an investment goal<\/li>
  10. What is driving a particular stock<\/li>
  11. understanding earnings etc<\/li><\/ol>

    I could go on and on. However, understanding some of the above will help you have a basic understanding of the market so as not to loose your hard earned money. After all, Investing is a Serious Business<\/strong>; Investing is very competitive, and should be considered as an unending epical battle <\/p>
